Tracy Kelly from San Jose, CA said "Hello, I wanted to let you know that your staffs at the Inns of Ca in Sonora have exceeded my expectations in terms of helpfulness and hospitality. My husband and I visit Sonora several times a year. There are many hotels and inns to stay in, and we have enjoyed trying different ones. However, a few months after a stay the Inns of Ca, Sonora, we were planning another trip that coincided with Thanksgiving. I was unable to find any information regarding which Sonora restaurants would be serving a Thanksgiving meal and almost cancelled our trip due to this. After scouring the Web, emailing Sonora restaurants and making many phone calls, as a last resort I contacted Inns of Ca, Sonora for any help they could give me. I hoped they could point me to a section of the local paper, or something similar, where I might find this information. Instead I was contacted by hotel’s the General Manager, telling me that the staff would call local restaurants, get the information and provide it to me. I was so impressed! Several days later I received an email from [staff] with the names, phone numbers and operating hours of those local restaurants. I never expected this level of service and helpfulness. I so much appreciate this effort on my behalf! Because of this, my husband and I not only stayed at the Inns of Ca, Sonora over the Thanksgiving holiday, we will also choose the Inns of Ca for our future visits. You have a fantastic staff in this location and they have contributed directly into making us very loyal customers. " Dec. 17, 2013

Since then, July 2013, myself and other members of my family have found rest in this non-mainstream - community connected and customer focused hotel. The Inn is the Sonora "Cheers" for frequent out of town users, not only do the patient and kind [staffs], but they also remember what side of the building, type of bed, ammenities, etc., you is like having a second home. And they reward loyalty. Not just with better rates, but a welcoming smile, taking the extra time to remind housekeeping to double check your preferences...extra towels, late check out.all without a call, or request. I have stayed at exclusive resorts on Hawaiian islands, in penthouse suites with private butlers, and in 5 star establishments on our coasts--- none of these places come close... inn staff are.transparent, they like it is, they don't make false promises, they don’t get pushed around by customers, they don’t whisper behind partially closed.doors, they discuss issues problems and concerns with everyone impacted. They own their issues, help customers problem solve there issues, it is amazing. And they are open to adaptation and working with the customer to meet the immediate needs of both. I arrived for the first time, in july of this year, after the sudden, traggic, unexpected loss of my brother.. they helped me take care of that awful business, and became my extended family without hesitation. Great price, clean quiet room, close to Yosemite National Park’s western side, and a very good Chinese restaurant across the street. I'd stay here again anytime. " June 18, 2011
