Last night I spent the night at the Econo Lodge in Yuba City,Ca After my business in Yuba City I drove to Roseville where I tried to check in athe the Hertige Inn Express. The employee could not accomoendate me due to equipment failures. She then took the initiative to send me to the the Best Western Plus in Roseville. ( One of the Hertiage Group's Hotels). I just was overwhelmed with the quality of service which must be the standard through out your organization. I have not experienced this type of dedication since I was in the United States Army. Your employees dedication to duty and loyality to your organization shows that America is not dead yet, I want to commend Bryce in Yuba City for his OUTSTANDING Customer service and to Lili in Roseville for her attention to detail and dedication to her responsibilites. A great credit to them and your ability to have such employess in your organization. Because of this level of competence I will stay only at the Hertige Group Hotels for the rest of my business trip for the next 17 days. " Sept. 25, 2011

When I called, your clerk was courteous and helpful, laughing that I would have to go back to the Internet to get the best rate. When I called for an early checking, Brent (trainee) and his supervisor (sorry I can't remember her name) were both professional and helpful. When we arrived the supervisor (female, 12:30 pm, Saturday, 5/14) again made us feel very welcome. While she couldn't answer some of our questions precisely, she really tried. That night (12 midnight) the desk clerk quickly volunteered to help me carry in supplies from our trek. And again, the next morning, staff were friendly, courteous and professional. " May 19, 2011

From the first contact to the very last mininute of our stay their customer service skills proved to be superior. We had made several special request and upon arrival all was taken care of. The facility was above average in both cleanliness and condition. Breakfast was every bit as good as most of the more expensive chains and the beds were comfortable. We were impressed.
